Important Company Update
We are pleased to announce that MTS Calibration has been acquired by Campbell Associates Ltd, the UK agent for Larson Davis.
This is a very positive step for both our customers and our team.
Most importantly, this transition ensures a strong, stable, and long-term calibration solution for all our customers. As a small company, we have always been mindful of the potential risks associated with limited staffing and service continuity. Campbell Associates is a well-established organisation with around 30 staff and a secure future. Like MTS Calibration, they are committed to delivering calibration services to the highest standards and are UKAS accredited.
We are also pleased that Campbell Associates is providing a positive and secure future for all MTS staff.
This change gives Julie and me the opportunity to retire, confident that our valued customers will continue to receive the high level of service and care they deserve.

MTS Calibration offers many years of experience in the calibration of sound level meters, analysers, measurement microphones, and sound calibrators.
Although specialising in the Larson Davis range of instrumentation, other manufacturers equipment can also be calibrated. Working closely with PC Environmental Ltd, the UK Agent for Larson Davis instruments, many of our calibration programs are the official Larson Davis factory calibration programs used in the initial set-up of the new instrument. Several of these programs incorporate the means to adjust an off-specification instrument and confirm the accuracy of the adjusted instrument.
MTS Calibration is an independent provider of calibration services for sound measuring instruments and offers fully traceable calibration of:
- Sound Level Meters
- Sound Level Analysers
- Sound Calibrators
- Measurement Microphones
Many of the calibrations offered are accredited by UKAS (the United Kingdom Accreditation Service). In complying with the requirements of UKAS, the quality system of MTS Calibration is designed to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories", so all test equipment is traceable to National Standards through independent calibration by other UKAS-accredited organisations.
